President and Owner: Managed general operations, responsible for overseeing all projects analyzed by the real-estate consulting firm specializing in cost analysis, cash flows, and land residual valuations. Reviewed over 7,000 projects containing more than 5,000,000 residential units and 2 billion square feet of commercial, industrial and retail projects in 26 states. At peak, company had 47 employees.
1990 to 1996 Sarmate, USA
Partner and General Director (CEO): Owned and operated a clay brick factory producing 4,000,000 bricks per month in Astrakhan, Russian Federation. Managed 350 employees and responsible for all aspects of the manufacturing facility.
1990 to 1992 Planning Commissioner: City of Newport Beach, CA
Reviewed and approved all land use applications in the City of Newport Beach, CA. Significant Projects included Newport Coast (more than 2,000 homes and commercial centers) and Hoag Hospital (addition of 600,000 Square Feet)
